- Document inventory — We collect documents for the knowledge base: PDFs, Word, Excel, wiki pages, databases. We assess data quality and structure.

What is RAG and why does it eliminate hallucinations?
RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) is a technique where AI searches the document base before answering and uses found passages as context. AI answers ONLY based on your documents. If information isn't there — it says 'not found'. It doesn't make things up.
How many documents can the system handle?
Depending on configuration: thousands to millions of pages. We've tested RAG on 100,000 pages of legal documents — response time 5–15 seconds. The key is chunking and embeddings quality, not just document count.
Does the AI system run on our servers?
We offer two options: (1) on-premise — entire system on your servers, zero external data, (2) private cloud — private tenant on AWS/Azure with your data. We don't use shared SaaS cloud.
