What is a Fractional CAIO?
A Fractional CAIO (Chief AI Officer) is an AI expert available to your company part-time — a set number of hours per month. Participates in board meetings, advises on AI decisions, oversees implementations and represents the company on AI matters. Cost: 10–20× lower than a full-time CAIO.
How much does the first AI consultation cost?
The first short diagnostic consultation (45 minutes) is free — we want to understand your needs before proposing collaboration. Strategic consultation with quick wins report: from 1,999 PLN net.
What does the post-consultation report contain?
The report contains: diagnosis of current AI state in the company, 3–5 specific recommendations with ROI estimates, prioritisation (what to do in the first 90 days), tool list and budget estimates, risk identification (AI Act, GDPR, security).
Is the consultant independent — does he sell specific tools?
#BiznesAILab is independent from software vendors — we have no partner agreements with OpenAI, Microsoft or other vendors. We recommend solutions best for the client, not those with the highest commission.
Is the consultation online or in person?
We offer both formats. Online via Teams or Google Meet — convenient for companies throughout Poland and Europe. In person — we travel to the client (travel costs added outside Łódź voivodeship).
How quickly can I book a consultation?
Usually within 3–5 business days of contact. For urgent cases (e.g. AI Act compliance) we try to accommodate the client's schedule.
