The AI support subscription is a monthly subscription model giving a company ongoing access to an AI expert — without organising separate projects for each new idea. Every month: strategy sessions, new automations or Custom GPTs, team workshop, AI news report and AI Act compliance support.

The subscription model is optimal for companies wanting to continuously develop AI capabilities and regularly implement new solutions — without hiring a full-time AI specialist (cost 10–20× lower than a full-time role).

Plus (5,900 PLN/month)

Everything in Standard plus: audit of 2–3 processes, 1–2 Make/n8n automations monthly, 2-hour team workshop, quarterly AI stack review.

Ekstra (9,500 PLN/month)

Everything in Plus plus: organisational AI strategy map (quarterly), RAG assistant on company documents, 1–2 API integrations, light AI Act audit, AI policies and procedures.

Enterprise (from 15,000 PLN/month)

40+ hours or dedicated AI manager. Full AI Act + ISO 42001, multiple RAG assistants, Enterprise integrations, full training programmes. Individual pricing.

Frequently asked questions about AI support subscription

What is the minimum subscription period?

Minimum commitment is 3 months. After that, monthly with 1-month notice. Package change (upgrade/downgrade) possible after 3 months.

What does 'asynchronous consultations' mean?

Questions and tasks via dedicated channel (email, Slack, Teams) with response within 24 business hours. Examples: 'check this prompt', 'how to automate X', 'is this AI Act policy correct'.

Do unused hours carry over to the next month?

Up to 25% of unused subscription hours carry over to the following month. Hours don't accumulate beyond 1.25× monthly allowance.

Does the subscription cover external tool costs?

No — costs of external subscriptions (OpenAI API, Make, n8n cloud, Zapier) are covered by the client. We select cost-optimal tools for each package.

What does the first meeting look like?

Kick-off strategy session (90 minutes) — we learn your processes, goals and current AI state. Based on this we plan the scope of the first subscription month.

Does the subscription include AI Act support?

Yes — Ekstra and Enterprise packages include AI Act change monitoring, AI policy updates and support with audits. Standard and Plus — asynchronous AI Act consultations within the hourly allowance.

What is the effective hourly rate?

Standard (2,500 PLN, ~12 h): approx. 208 PLN/h net. Plus (5,900 PLN, ~20 h): approx. 295 PLN/h. Ekstra (9,500 PLN, ~25 h): approx. 380 PLN/h. For comparison: market rates for senior AI/ML specialists: 400–800 PLN/h. The subscription is significantly more economical.
